The 10th Great River Gathering will be at the Union Depot in Saint Paul on May 8. This experience rocks a resume and portfolio! Program students and alumni will receive a letter of gratitude from the host organization, electronic photo and collateral sample for your portfolio. SMGT 1161 students will also receive course assignment credit.
Shift confirmations will be transmitted by April 22nd via email. Plan to attend training on April 26th, noon-1:00 p.m. at the Depot Minneapolis Renaissance.

Then save these dates on your calendar: April 27, 3:00-4:30 p.m. Training by Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation at the Apple Valley campus May 9, at the Saint Paul RiverCentre for the big night!

8:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Liaison: Work with host staff to “make it happen”.
noon-9:30 p.m. Coordinator: Work with host staff to problem solve and “make it happen”.
8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Exhibit Coordinator: Liaise with exhibitors.
3:30-9:30 p.m. Whatever-it-Takes: Be the first line of greeting at registration, farewell, and everything in between.
I will confirm receipt of all shift request emails. Requests will be considered on first-come, first-serve basis. GPA (if applicable) will also be considered. Shift notifications will be distributed by April 25.
